I used to be able to click on 'Email Task' and Outlook would open up so I could send via email, but now it won't work. I click on 'Email Task' and nothing happens...any ideas?

In order for the email task link to work, your web browser or operating system needs to be configured to handle email links. Something must have happened to unset this for you.
Try doing a Google search for "how to set default email program" to get instructions for setting this back up.
