OK,
Everyone has a way to manage projects in Toodledo and I know some people use folders and others use sub-task. There are many great ideas out there already, but I just wanted to share something I just started doing that is a fairly good work around until we get proper project management. I started to us "Stars" to mark all my Project's. I set them to -1 priority so that they show up at the very bottom of my list or you can choose to toggle them off as well. When I want to look at my projects. I select the Star view and they are all listed in one place and I can then click on an individual project and reveal all it's sub-task. This is the closest thing I have used that works like a project view. I know some of you have been doing this, but I figured some others may find it useful. Have a great weekend. |

Cool. Have you seen Vin's screencast where he uses stars for Projects? I am using the new sort by parent task option for this, but the -1 priority trick to allow them to be hidden is neat.
