When do you consult your list?

I'm using basically a mix between GTD and the Linenberger method. So every day I have some task I choose to achieve. Just curious about you. When do you consult your list? When you wake-up? After the breakfast?

After my calendar and tickler, every morning.

Thank you! Basically just when you start to work, if I understood well!

I do it first thing in the morning over coffee. I use the Hotlist features heavily to see only what's important and what's coming up that I need to start thinking about. It's easy to do because the "start" field will filter out any tasks I don't need to look at right now.

First thing every morning, a hundred times during the day! :)

I found another practical solution:
, complementary to your points task of the day every hour task pending in this week to decide when calendarize, once per day task pending in the next future to decide which week to be calendarized, once per week. This message was edited May 27, 2015. |
