Well, this might be a good way to get to know each other. :) I'll volunteer to be the first victim for the interview, lol. After my interivew is over, I'll choose the next victim. (Does 2 weeks sound like a good amount of time for the interview?)

Guidelines for interviewing:
Only five questions per post - and you aren't able to ask more questions until your five have been answered. This is to avoid huge lists of questions being put to the interviewee making answering them a daunting task. It should also improve the quality of the questions and the answers.
