I need a quality, free, text expander app to run on a Windows 10 and Chrome as an extension or separate free app with local install. Any Ideas? Everything I've see pretty complicated or too primitive.

I'm working with some doctors that need it easy and simple. Suggestions?

I use "Text Blaze", can be as simple or as complex as you wish.
