Cant imagine there is some sort of violation in play.... toodle-oo is good bye in common (archaic?) slang parlance, and toodledo isn't but a play on words!
Perhaps we are being offered our own song? |

I think Andrew A is right. "Toodle-oo" means goodbye and "Toodledo" sounds like both "toodle-oo" and "to do," so it's a play on words. Like Braingle. (It's a combination of "brain" and "tangle.")

Ya, this is too generic a thing in too different a medium with absolutely no conflict or bearing between the two uses to have any sort of copyright claims to make against it in cognacwck37's Mom's case. Atleast legitimate ones. She could make illegitimate ones I suppose, if she's into that sort of thing.
Any time, money or effort put into pursuing this would far outweigh the complete lack of reward for trying. |
