Team Toodledo, what about standards-based offline support (html5)? I'd be happy to use the app on a specific browser for offline for a little while while the browsers catch up.

1. Install iPhone emulator 2. buy toodledo iPhone app 3. run toodledo offline 4. sync as you please. :-) As far as I know it is not possible to install foreign applications on the iPhone emulator |

Any update on offline mode? This would be exceptionally useful, both for when internet access isn't possible and also for redundancy (think: data center down).
Thanks, Joe |

I'm interested in this as well. Data plans are exorbitant where I live, so I keep my data connection offline most of the time (sad, I know). Without offline Toodledo is only usable when I'm near wif, which means I can't refer to my list when I get out and actually try to start crossing things off the list! I read the Toodledo Team (TT) plans to work on the offline functionality.
:-( But it was in the 2008 02/2011: I've been still looking forward. I didn't read the plan was canceled.. @TT: Any update, pls? |

Dear Toodledo Team,
also to me the missing offline support for the PC is a huge gap. Why not do it the "Evernote-Way" and come up with a Windows / Mac based application - comparable to the mobile ones - and sync them to the cloud as you do with the mobile Apps. This is adding an additional client and not making the web tool capable to working offline. Just my five cents. |
