TaskUnifier 1.8.3 no longer syncs - "email in use"

I've upgraded several times with no issues, but v1.8.3 now does not sync and displays a message that my "e-mail/password is invalid or e-mail is in use".
I've verified both and can login to Toodledo, so I can't figure this out.
Anyone know how to fix this?
FYI: windows XP & using toodledo plugin.

Well, you probably have entered the wrong password... because nothing has changed in the login procedure since a long time.

lesson learned: don't trust a copy/paste ... type the password in. !!
