Help with Outlook Sync and iPhone

I am a new Toodledo user and thus far have been unsuccessful getting my Toodledo Account/iPhone/Outlook to merge tasks. Although my iPhone says the sync is complete neither my Toodledo account, nor my iPhone, show any Outlook tasks. Any thoughts?

PS - I did download and install the Sync appliction here http://www.chromadrake.com/ChromaticDragon/software/ToodledoSyncDownload.aspx when I set up my Toodledo Account, but it doesn't seem to work either. Do I need to create the csv file even if i have this software installed?

I think it might be my connection settings. Does anyone know how to set those up?
