Installation failure with Outlook Sync 0.9.96

I have tried to install the Outlook Sync but it fail at (post-) installation with the the message:
"Error 1001. Could not load file or assemply 'sorttbls.nls' or one of it's dependencies. File can't be found. Failor has occured while loading a type"
This file is in the system directory (where it is supposed to be) so the message is not completely clear. I've tried times with including form a setup where every possible program and service are shut down (no network services, no anti-virus, no security serices etc ...)
It's a new installation XP SP3 and Outlook 2003, (both Swedish)
Is there a way to do a manual install?

It looks your your installation of the .NET framework 2 is corrupt. Try a repair installation or removing/reinstalling it.
