Who's the culprit? Tasks older than xx monthes not syncronized

Experimenting with Chromatic Dragon's sync application, I noticed that older tasks don't appear in Toodledo. I don't know whether it's the former or the latter that causes it. The cutoff date isn't clear either, but by observation it seems to be any task that's older than 18 months, based on the "created" field in Outlook. Obviously, this is a problem for on-going or "someday" tasks, which tend to persist for a longer time. to be sure, these are *not* completed tasks.
Did you mange to resolve this issue?

Problem solved!
After consulting with the (very quick to reply) author of the sync tool, it turned out the the culprit was a limitation on the upload amount to Toodledo. With hundreds of tasks, it took 3-4 days to get all of them synchronized, with the earliest ones the last to be uploaded.
