Outlook sync just stopped working

every once in a while my sync would freeze up and I would have to reboot but today after I rebooted it no longer is working.
On a side note, do I need to have proxy server checked, I never have before and I am just wondering is that is something I am suppose to have checked.

I figured out what I had to do...
I needed to re-enter my password
I still have nothing checked for proxy, would like to know what this is for if anyone has a answer that would be great

There is some information on the Chromadrake website, but if the app works without it, there is no reason to set it up. I believe the proxy settings mainly come into play if you are on a corporate network or something like that.
